Gunsel’s career includes senior management roles at prominent global and local financial institutions. As Managing Director and Regional Head of Custody for Middle East and Africa at Citibank, he spearheaded strategic expansions across 14 countries, led a diverse team of local talent across the region, built relationships as a trusted advisor with global banks and local regulators

Nigel is a highly experienced professional with over three decades in the securities services and securities lending industry, who over the course of his career has specialized in client-facing sales, relationship and market-facing network management roles. As a co-founder of Manifest Executive Consultancy, he brings extensive expertise in supporting financial institutions to develop their fintech aspirations with commercial pragmatism based on a proven track record in business development.
Nigel’s career has taken him from London, to the Middle East and Asia and spans leadership roles at some of the world’s most prominent financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Northern Trust and JPMorgan.
